Yavapai-Apache Nation

The Yavapai-Apache Nation's Tribal Leadership continues to be a huge advocate for the Missing and Murdered Indigenous People by supporting the Arizona House Bill 2281 Missing Indigenous Person; Alert System. In addition the Yavapai-Apache Nation hosted a Human Trafficking in Indian Country/MMIP training for their community. The Office of Chairwoman Tanya Lewis submitted an application with the Light of the Sun for two Defender Solar Lights that were installed in two locations.
